With a footprint of approximately 23 inches square the Equator EZ 1720V-W Combo Washer and Dryer is a small yet very useful appliance. Within its compact casing is a stainless steel tub drum where your clothes are washed and dried eliminating the need to transfer washed items to another machine.
The drum, measuring 1.9 cu. ft., has a capacity of 14 lbs. Roughly, this translates to 5 bath and 4 hand towels, 14 dress shirts with short sleeves, 3 full-sized bed sheets with their pillowcases, and 1 queen size comforter. Access to the drum is through a round front door that can swing open up to 180° allowing an unobstructed access to the 13-inch porthole.
Featuring 10 wash programs, you can wash virtually all types of fabrics in the combo machine including cotton, polyester, satin, silk, or wool. You can also choose water temperature level to suit the fabric you are washing. Maximum spin speed is 1,000 RPM although a No Spin option is available if you just want to soak your clothes. There is also a Half Load option when laundering only a small load of clothing. If it is sunny outside and you want to dry your laundry under the sun, you can press the Wash Only button. And of course, there is also the Dry Only option. Maximum drying time is 120 minutes.
